While the event is active, a roulette icon appears on the main screen 🎯
The icon shows:

  • an event timer ⏳

  • a green indicator when you have enough tickets to spin ✅

Tap the icon to open the roulette.

3. How do I get tickets?

You earn tickets by playing as usual:

  • completing projects 🏗

  • sending trains, planes, or helicopters 🚆✈️🚁

  • expanding your territory 🗺

🎉 At the start of the event, you get 3 tickets for free!

4. How do I spin the roulette?

  • 1 spin costs 1 ticket 🎟

  • If you have 10 or more tickets, you can switch to x10 spins

  • x10 spins give one combined reward for 10 spins ✨

You can turn animations ON or OFF 🎬
Rewards are granted instantly either way.

5. What is the Super Prize?

The Super Prize is the most valuable reward on the roulette 🌟
It is always visible, but it can only be won by spinning the roulette 🤞

6. What are roulette levels?

Roulette has multiple levels.
Higher levels mean better rewards🎁

You can upgrade your level with an Event Pass🎫

7. What if I don’t have enough tickets?

No worries! You may be offered:

  • 1 spin for watching an ad 📺

  • special ticket bundles in the shop 🛒

8. What happens to unused tickets?

⏰ When the event ends:

  • all unused tickets expire

  • tickets do not carry over to future events

Make sure to use them in time!

9. The roulette didn’t spin. Is that a bug?

If animations are turned OFF 🎡
the roulette does not visually spin.
Your reward is still granted instantly ✅

10. Why did I get only one reward for x10 spins?

This is expected 😊
In x10 mode, rewards are shown as one combined result for convenience.
