Lost your city? We’ll help you get it back.
 
If your city was saved with Facebook, do the following:
  1. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon ⚙️);
  2. Select "Save your progress";
  3. Select "Log in via Facebook".
If your city was saved with Apple ID, do the following:
  1. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon ⚙️);
  2. Select "Save your progress";
  3. Select "Log in via Apple".
If the problem remains, please contact us. All cities are saved in our database, so we can easily restore your progress.
