The chat function allows members of the state to communicate with each other and to create material requests. The Letters tab displays messages from the leaders of your state.
Additionally, chat is also the spot where you will be able to find out the latest news from your state, for example when your state has reached a new level, or a new player has joined the state, or the state has leveled up and so on.
The Governor and the Deputy Governors will have an extra tab available to them: this is where they will be able to see all the requests to join the state.
