Inactive friends are friends that log into Megapolis rarely or sporadically. You can hide these types of neighbors in the menu of the game. Follow the instructions below to do so:

If you want to see only active players in your neighbors toolbar, press on the people icon in the lower-left corner of the screen. In the new window that appears press on the filter icon and adjust the toggle next to Active friends.

Done! If everything is done correctly, all inactive players will be hidden.
