Chat allows players to request materials that they need for their building sites. To do this, open the chat window and click on the "Request" button. In the new window that appears, select the materials that you need and press “Select”. The other players will see your request and, if they have some of the materials you need in their storage, will send some your way. Don’t forget to help your neighbors too and send them materials when they need it.

 

Note that you can create a query once every 3 hours.
