If your game was linked to Apple ID:
- Open game Settings (with ⚙️ icon on a main ingame screen);
- Go to "Account" tab;
- Press "Link";
- Choose Apple;
- It's all set! Your progress is restored!
If your game was linked to Facebook:
- Open game Settings (with ⚙️ icon on a main ingame screen);
- Go to "Account" tab;
- Press "Link ";
- Choose Facebook ;
- It's all set! Your progress is restored!
If the problem persists, please contact us. All games are saved in our database so we can help you to restore your progress.
We strongly recommend linking your game to Apple ID or Facebook account to easily restore your progress on any device you are using for the game.
