We've got some helpful tips 💡 that often solve most of the problems you may encounter in the game:
  1. Reboot your device. Simply power your device off and on again. This will clear your device memory and get your device back to full speed.
  2. Make sure your device is connected to the Internet. Stable connection is required to save you game progress.  
  3. Clear game cache:
    - Navigate to Settings — Applications.
    - Find Lost Future in the list of applications and tap on it.
    - Tap the Clear Cache button.
  4. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version:
    - Open Google Play.
    - Tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
    - Select My apps & games.
    - Tap Update All or select Lost Future to update only this application.
  5. Make sure that your device has enough free space (at least 2 GB). You can free up some space on your device by removing photos, apps, and videos you no longer need.
  6. Close other apps running in the background before opening the game.
