If you can't make an in-game purchase, try adding or updating your payment method:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Click on your name.
- Click Payment & Shipping.
- From here you can do the following:
- Add payment method — click "Add payment method".
- Update payment method — tap the payment method, then edit your information.
After adding or updating your payment method, log back into the game and complete your purchase. If you're still having issues with your purchases, please contact App Store Customer Support here.
