If you are stuck in textures and can't move, use the "Unstuck" button in Settings -> Other. This will move the character to a AWETS (All Weather Emergency Transportation System) point.

If you cannot solve the problem with the "Unstuck" button, please contact our customer support (Settings -> Account -> Customer service).
