You can construct two types of buildings in the Town:

Public buildings increase your city’s population limit after they are constructed. They cannot be removed, sold, or put in the warehouse. Public buildings can only be moved within the playing field.

 

To construct a public building, you will require a certain level. In order to complete construction, you will also need special materials that can be obtained at the Sea Port.

 

Residential buildings provide population growth. A residential building can be sold, except for the hut which you initially build when starting to construct your Town.

 

You can construct the same building several times. The population number is a good indicator of how well your town is developed.
