Megapolis is subdivided into regions and locations. The size of each of the regions can be expanded. Whenever there is an option to expand your territory, you will see arrows on the neighboring plots of land. They will show you in which direction and by how many cells you can increase the size of your city. Press on these arrows to purchase new pieces of land with Acts of Territorial Expansion, or with Megabucks.
