You can ask your friends to help you with loading boxes. Friends can fill a total of 3 boxes on the train, one for each carriage.

You can also help your friends with loading the cars. Go to your friend's Megapolis and click on Platform, you will see which boxes your friend needs help with. For each filled box in your friend's train you will get experience and coins.
