All ore mined in the mine is stored in the Carriage. To open it, go to the Mine and tap on the image of the Carriage in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the window that opens, you will see how much Ore you have. You can smelt it into ingots or sell it. There is no limit to the capacity of the Carriage, so you can collect as much ore as you want.
